Annual Reports

According to the Commissioner for Administration Laws, the Commissioner for Administration submits an Annual Report to the President of the Republic, in relation to the work produced as a result of the exercise of her/his competences. In this Report, the Commissioner sets out her/his observations, views and recommendations regarding the issues examined and the reports submitted during the year. The Annual Report is published and copied to the Council of Ministers and to the House of Representatives (Parliament).

According to the Combating Racial Discrimination and Other Forms of Discrimination (Commissioner) Law and the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (Optional Protocol) Law, every year the Commissioner submits a Report to the President of the Republic on the activities covered by the aforesaid Laws and those examined by the Anti-Discrimination Authority, the Equality Authority and the Independent Authority for the Prevention of Torture. The Commissioner copies the Report to the Council of Ministers, to the House of Representatives (Parliament) and to the General Attorney and, subsequently, publishes it.
